BETH BRODOVSKY, Event Host

President, Iris Creative
For 37 years Beth Brodovsky, president of Iris Creative, has believed that brand thinking is the key to connecting your mission to your marketing.  Before launching Iris in 1996, Beth led the creative team at medical publisher ECRI, developing a family of brands, design and promotion for more than forty educational products. Supporting nonprofits, governments and small businesses, Beth is driven to help organizations focus so their marketing efforts achieve the biggest impact the fastest. Beth speaks and trains nationally to help build the skills of everyone trying to make the best choices for marketing today.

MEGAN ALT, Speaker

Communications Director, Montgomery County, PA
Megan Alt is the Communications Director for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where she leads a full-service communications team responsible for connecting nearly 900,000 residents to county programs, services, and initiatives through clear, accessible, and engaging communications. She oversees countywide strategy across media relations, digital communications, and creative services, working closely with the Board of Commissioners, Row Officers, and county departments to ensure a consistent and effective voice across government. Previously, Megan has worked in communications for Temple University's Fox School of Business, as well as Dexis Consulting on contract for U.S. Agency of International Development's U.S. Global Development Lab. She holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and a master's degree in strategic communication, both from American University in Washington, DC. 

MOLLY GIORDANO, Speaker

Executive Director, Delaware Art Museum
Molly Giordano is the Executive Director of the Delaware Art Museum. She has worked at the Museum for more than a decade in successive leadership roles until assuming the top position in 2021. Prior to working at the Delaware Art Museum, Molly worked at West End Neighborhood House and was part of Governor Jack Markell’s campaign and transition team. She is Chair of the Fund for Women, serves on the New Castle County Public Art Commission, and is on the board of the Woodlawn Trustees. She is the immediate past President of the Board of the Delaware Arts Alliance.
 
Molly has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in Political Science and Journalism, a masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Rosemont College. Molly lives in Wilmington with her husband, attorney Phillip Giordano, and their two young children. She enjoys writing fiction in her spare time. 


MEGHAN REILLY, Speaker

Art Director, Iris Creative
For more than 11 years, Meghan Reilly has helped organizations translate strategy into effective design that inspires action. A graduate of Temple University’s Tyler School of Art with a rare combination of design and business training, Meghan brings both creative thinking and marketing insight to her work. She joined Iris Creative as an intern and has grown into a leadership role, managing client projects and guiding the firm’s design team.
